Deep tissue massage can really help you to reduce tension, tightness and soreness in the muscles. As well as
just treating patients with deep tissue massage we sometimes combine this with our TAMARS treatment because we find that it can really help to speed up the results of the treatment.
The treatment will include a variety of both light and deep strokes, working on the body’s soft tissue, muscles, tendons and ligaments to assist in the healing and prevention of your muscular problems. Many of the same techniques will be used as in a Swedish massage but the pressure will be more intense although this can be tailored to suit individual clients. Our therapists can release chronic muscle tension through slow strokes, direct pressure and friction across and along the fibres of the offending muscle groups.
As with TAMARS you should come for regular sessions to ensure that problems are picked up early and don’t have the chance to build up into something more serious.
What is the cost?
Every client has different needs and their problems can vary greatly so you may only need 1 or 2 sessions or you could require several for more long standing issues. As with TAMARS you should come for regular sessions to ensure that problems are picked up early and don’t have the chance to build up into something more serious.
A 30 minute massage costs £25 and a 1 hour massage costs £40.
